"This wonderfully zippy, pebbly lime focused dry (2 grams residual sugar) wine
comes from youngish (23 years old!) vines perched overlooking the village of
Turckheim, giving a more accessible example of fine Alsace Riesling from a top
producer. Still quite minerally this will unfurl over the next 12-24 months.
Delicious with smoked mackerel."
