Ranald Macdonald, the owner of Boisdale, an outpost of Highland hospitality in London, worked together, with our spirits manager Doug McIvor, to choose the very finest casks of whisky. These lucky few are now honoured to carry the Boisdale label. Representing The Highlands in the Boisdale range is Dalmore.
Distinguished with an immediate soda bread hit, some rum butter, glazed cherries and marzipan this malt packs punches beyond its years. The palate is sinewy and toasty, hugely malty, gristy and rich.
