Following on from a very successful 2006, James Healy and Ivan Sutherland's
2007 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc is a winner. Rich and full bodied, displaying an
excellent balance of fruit and acidity with a lingering fresh lime finish. An
excellent food match with white meats, pale cheeses and seafood - especially
scallops and oysters.
Zesty lime and passion fruit aromas. Lovely intensity of flavour. Superb depth
of fruit. Palate fresh and precise. Long, lingering finish.
