Ranald Macdonald, the owner of Boisdale, an outpost of Highland hospitality in London, worked together, with our spirits manager Doug McIvor, to choose the very finest casks of whisky. These lucky few are now honoured to carry the Boisdale label. Representing Speyside in the Boisdale range is Mortlach.
