Berrys' Mosel Riesling Kabinett, J & H Selbach (Stelvin)

Johannes Selbach has responded to our request for a Kabinett style of Riesling with typical aplomb and generosity. Subtle bouquet of ripe apples, lemon grass, lime and a gentle slate minerality. From the 2008 vintage, Selbach has fashioned an archetype of Mosel wine, that has ethereal elegance, finely integrated acidity and delicate fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, but also very food friendly, with, for example, roast pork or fusion cuisine.
