Stéphane Usseglio has been experimenting for some years with the blend
of his white wines and in 2007 he feels he has just about got it right. 40%
Grenache Blanc and 20% each of Roussanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc allow this
white Châteauneuf du Pape wine to strike a fine balance between the
traditional and the new, and its honey and beeswax texture is perfectly
complemented by the lemon grass acidity on the finish.
