Richer, rounded, fleshier, perhaps easier on the eye at a younger age than its Pouilly-Fume stablemate, the palate treats us to waves of fleshy citrus, crunchy fruit, held tight by a neat minerally structure. Benchmark plus. One for fowl or river fish.
