Pierre -André Brossette is one of our few suppliers who does not have to
look up to my fellow buyers, Messrs Morris and Berry Green, as they are all
somewhere around 6 ft 6 and upwards.. Unfortunately I have to look up to them
all, rather as in that old John Cleese / Two Ronnies scetch. No matter,
Pierre-André ia a charming and a very fine wine maker. He makes a
supremely approachable style of Beaujolais. Floral, seductive and wonderfully
fruity, this is just what you’d expect from top class Beaujolais. With
plenty of structure and length, rounded summer pudding flavours are
complemented by a delicious lick of pepper.
