2007 Cuvée Tradition Rosé AOC Minervois, Massammier Le Mignarde
(code: 70426B)
"Senior sibling to the delightful 'Oliviers Rosé' this is an Appellation
Minervois rather than a Vin De Pays. Its blend is 50% Cinsault, the balance
divided between Syrah and Grenache. Its colour is rich, plush, its weight good,
with balanced acidity and lively red fruit notes en bouche and even a hint of
licorice on the finish. Fine with crustacean dishes, with salads or lighter
meats."
