A worthy successor to the delicious 2006, this bright cherry red light/medium
bodied combines focused cherry stone cum raspberry red fruit notes with a cool
restraint; nothing confected here, just Cote de Beaune-esque crunchy red
berried purity, a fine texture and a minerality made for flaky sea fish, such
as hake. Drinking now till 2011.
