2007 Condrieu, Côte Chatillon, Domaine Mouton
This is a rich and ripe Condrieu, with a generous honeyed, creamy texture and a
surprisingly firm and linear acidity. Jean Claude advocates trying this with
foie gras and is sure that it will improve over three to four years.
