2007 Condrieu, Côte Bonnette, Domaine Mouton

The more cerebral of Jean Claude’s two Condrieus, Côte Bonnette is fermented half in barrique and half in tank. The wine has pleasing apricot aromatics, a broad texture and a spicy stone fruit profile.
