2005 Hermitage, Blanche JL Chave Selection
|
|
J.L. Chave Sélection is the exclusive négociant label of
Jean-Louis Chave, the doyen of Hermitage, and offers the perfect solution for
those who adore the great wines from this appellation but not the price tag of
Chave’s main label. This exuberant blend of 85% Marsanne and 15%
Roussanne is made with fruit sourced from friends in the communes of Maison
Blanche, Méal and Beaume. This is a wine of gentle flavours of honey,
lemon grass and peach that intertwin with a core of pure minerality.
