2007 Au Bon Climat Wild Boy Chardonnay, Santa Barbara County, California
(code: 70506B)
Despite being the entry level Chardonnay for Au Bon Climat, Wild Boy has
surprising vivacity and several layers of flavours. For those who don't like US
Chardonnay, I defy you not to enjoy this wine, as it is not at all over-oaked
and has excellent poise and freshness. Enjoy younger rather than older, as
simplicity is this wine's strength.
