Pecan Stream Sauvignon Blanc shows a refined, delicate, subtle nose of
gooseberry, with some light tropical fruit notes. Nice harmony on the palate,
the fruit is ripe, with no green, herbaceous elements. Acidity is firm but by
no means aggressive. Pleasing, light-bodied style which would partner shellfish
very well.
