Jean-Yves Devevey has the knack of producing really lively, enticing white burgundy at affordable prices. I particularly like his Rully which has an unusual density of fruit for this appellation without sacrificing the freshness which is the hallmark of 2007.

With a graceful bouquet including a touch of lime blossom, this is quite full-bodied for a Rully but with finesse, precision and a persistent finish. This is a very well made wine and would wonderfully accompany a variety of seafood.
