Made from a hectare of 55 year old vines, near the top of the hill on very
light soil. There’s just a trace of iodine on the nose to make one
salivate. Very fine Chablis.

Bright aromas of fresh yellow orchard fruit, oyster shell and a subtle
salinenote combine with relatively powerful medium-bodied flavors that
possessimpressive mid-palate concentration, all wrapped in a well muscled
citrusinfused finish where the minerality is almost aggressive and certainly
pungent.Lovers of classic Chablis will love the cuts-like-a-knife precision
here.
