The first vineyard to be picked chez Fèvre as the south-east facing
slope of Vaillons ripens early. The bouquet is more exotic than Les Lys and the
palate is engagingly full, until the classic fresh mineral core of great
Chablis swings into action. Long and fine.

A discreetly spiced and highly floral nose ...gives way to rich, pure, refined
and punchy flavors that possess excellent volume and real finishing verve on
the explosive and austere finish.A Zen-like wine of harmony, balance and grace.
Highly recommended.
