2006 Andrew Will 'Sorella', Washington State
A more driven, fuller, structured wine, a blend of 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot, a compact mesh of Dundee fruit cake and sweet, sweet fruit underneath, held tight by brilliant, zippy acidity. Excellent...needs 5 yrs to open up, drinking till 2020, to pair with a suitably tasty morsel.
