Beautifully cool and refreshingly straightforward, Davide's perfumed Dolcetto
seems to speak more of the soil, of its Serralunga provenance, than of fruit
per se. That said, the palate's deliciously draped with pretty, finely detailed
morello and black cherry fruit, and held tight by the subtlest of structures.
Drinking now and over the next 2 - 3 years. Perfect with carpaccio.
