2008 KT & the Falcon Watervale Riesling, Clare Valley, S. Australia

Kerri's 2008 sings like a canary with floral, lemon and lime aromatics. The dry palate (2 grams of residual sugar) is ladled with joy, with its sunny fruit and zippy lime juice flavours while remaining refined and composed; the biodynamic product of hand-harvested dry-farmed organic vines. Excellent with local crab.
