2008 KT & the Falcon Single Vineyard Watervale Riesling (Stelvin)

For this successful vintage Kerri's made a point of highlighting the Peglidis vineyard and justly so: tighter, more focused, ethereally-charged and pebbly-pure than its baby sister, this organic and biodynamic dry wine (2 grams/litre of residual sugar) shows the benefit of 35 year old dry-farmed vines and top terroir. Very fine indeed...speechlessly pure...woven from the finest silk...can be appreciated now but best drunk between 2010 till 2016, especially with lobster.
