2007 Cairanne-Côtes du Rhône Villages, La Peyre Blanche, Domaine Perrin

We love the wines from this village which is a little more sheltered than Gigondas. They are generally generous of fruit with a rounded, almost velvety texture. Truffles, raspberries and the faintest of autumnal whispers combine in this rich and silky Cairanne.

Creamy, oily red fruits aromas; pretty palate, supple and fleshy. Typical Carainne.
