2007 Maranges, Croix aux Moines, 1er Cru Camille Giroud

This wine was a notable success in the cellar this year following excellent work by the vigneron. The quality of the fruit leaps out on the nose and there is so much of it that the tannins are fully enveloped. This is one of my top tips for the medium term.
