This cheekily-named and strikingly-labelled wine is the brainchild of Charles
and Ruth Simpson, with assistance from their neighbours, and artists, Andy and
Pasquale Bridge. From the south of France, the Pays d'Oc, this is principally
from Chardonnay, partially barrel fermented, with an enlivening dash of
Sauvignon Blanc.
