2004 Pauillac de Latour, Chateau Latour

This is a wonderful way to sneak a peak at one of the worlds greatest wines at a more than reasonable price. You always taste the "Pau" with Les Forts and the Grand Vin and this charming Pauillac de Latour is no exception. It's ripe, supple and succulent with really impressive, concentrated, cool, precise black and red fruits. To double the pleasure, pop it in a decanter for an hour and a half before serving at 16 to 18 degrees.
