2007 Laderas de El Seque, Artadi, Alicante
|
|
One of our most perennially successful and popular lines, the Laderas is a very
serious wine for a modest price, originating from a 40h vineyard at 700 metres
in Alicante. Juan Carlos is especailly proud of this Mediterranean winery and
devotes almost as much attention to it as as HQ in Laguardia, presumably not
merely because its near littoral location is pleasing. . Monastrel with a hint
of Cabernet and Syrah; blackcurrant, sousbois and licorice; a perfect match for
grilled meats.
