Heady, plummy, very flattering nose. Spicy, beguiling - rather more transparent
than the regular Taylor's. Interesting and rather intellectual. This demands
attention and has notably supple tannins. .

This is the Port of the vintage. Blackberry and cassis on the nose. Very
perfumed and fruity. Some mineral and wet earth underneath. Full-bodied, medium
sweet and very chewy, with fabulous tannins and a big mouthfeel. Racy and
powerful.

Showing lovely perfumed ripe fruit on the nose and surprisingly silky on the palate, this wine is produced from very old vines and is concentrated, round and ripe in the mouth. It displays a lovely elegance despite the weight and density, and tannins are prominent, but not at all aggressive.
