A very fine zero-dosage wine from base years 2006 and 2007, with a distinctive chalky, orchard nose, then an astonishing power on the mid-palate and a focus of flavour which more than justifies its name. A strong, saline finish which merits six oysters at the very least, more probably 12.
(Simon Field MW, BBR Buyer)
"...one of the classiest examples of the current vogue in champagne for using little or no dosage (the final addition of sugar to most champagnes). It's a little dry for my taste but undeniably crisp and elegant."

Delicate nose. Fresh and delicate on the palate too without any agressive acidity. You'd never guess it was only 2g/l dosage from how well balanced and fruity it tastes, so congratulations!
