The 2004 is a wonderfully complex beast, refined yet precocious, restrained yet
ebullient. The yellow-gold colour heralds aromas of fresh butter, honeysuckle
and peaches; this more than favourable impression is confirmed on the palate
which is dense, still luxuriating in a downy youth, silky yet taut, wonderfully
refined.
