Ch. Cadet-Piola St. Emilion shows a tremendous, multi-layered elegance;
abundant mineral notes and an impressive structure are indicators that there is
a higher proportion of Cabernet here than average. This is a wine that rewards
patience and it has aged splendidly. At its current maturity it is an excellent
partner for simply prepared red meat dishes.
