Very pale straw colour, Waterford Estate's Sauvignon Blanc offers a quite
intense nose of ripe gooseberries with hints of asparagus. Fresh, zingy crisp
fruit on the palate, excellent texture with some complex fruit flavours.
Balancing acidity and a long, fine finish. Drink with smoked salmon.
