2008 Shadowfax Chardonnay, Victoria
A wonderfully aromatic Chardonnay with excellent varietal definition and precision. A cool growing season has allowed winemaker Matt Harrop to retain a good level of natural acidity in the wine, imparting an almost citrussy edge to the naturally broad, mouth-filling texture of the Chardonnay grape.
