(Jake Dean, BBR Fine Wine Sales Manager)
For the first time, 5% Roussanne accompanies the Marsanne in the Paradis Blanc. Striking aromas of honey, wax and lemon grass precede a richly typical white Rhône palate with grilled almonds, hazelnuts, and even more honey.

The 2007 St.-Joseph Le Paradis St.-Pierre blanc includes about 10% Roussanne,
and is aged completely in small barrels (10% new). Aromas and flavors of rose
petals, honeysuckle, crushed rocks, white peaches, and pineapples emerge from
this beauty. Consume it over the next 3-4 years.
