Château Fayau has been in the Medeville family, originally coopers, since
1826. The Château is renowned for the excellent value of its sweet
wines (Cadillac and Sauternes). Their red Bordeaux Superior is a classic
Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot) with nicely balanced fruit and
tannin and a supple texture. An elegant, food-friendly wine.
