Frantz allowed us to purchase some of his more mature wines when he came over to the BBR Cellars for a tutored vertical tasting in the Spring. The 2006 Domus Maximus, Minervois la Livinière was and is showing very well, its tannins fully resolved its fruit and savoury elements perfectly poised and its finish long and powerful.
