Cucao is located in the Casablanca Valley, two hours to the West of Santiago.
Hand-picked grapes and specially selected local yeasts are used; thereafter
half of the wine is held for six months in stainless steel; the other half in
medium-toast French and American oak. The final blend is made seven months
after the harvest. This is a fresh and vibrant Chilean Chardonnay which marries
pineapple and white peach aromas with zingy citrus notes. Honest and
approachable, this is a fine every-day quaffer!
