This is a lovely, fresh well-developed white Burgundy from an underrated appellation. Showing notes of white fruit with a hint of liquorice and fennel, this is refreshing and crisp, yet with a lovely mouth-filling finish Great to enjoy on a hot summer’s day, either on its own or with summer salads.

There is an obvious stoniness to the restrained nose of mostly citrus and floral notes and it continues onto the precise, intense and tension-filled flavors that culminate in an energetic finish that is just as persistent. Recommended - Sweet spot Outstanding.
