Rich and luscious, velvet textured and massively proportioned in terms of flavour and depth of fruit. Lip-smackingly delicious, this is singularly the greatest Creme de Cassis I have ever had the pleasure to imbibe. The secret, or at least one of them, is growing a Burgundian variety of blackcurrant in Bordeaux!
