This single vineyard Pouilly Fuissé has a very pure nose of fresh
acacia, pear and lemon, with a wealth of minerality & stone fruit on the
palate. Very tightly knit, blessed with good fruit extract levels that buffer
the firm but refreshing acidity. This will benefit from additional bottle age.
