Arguably the most refined, aerie, and perfumed of all Davide's wines, thanks to
the vineyard's dizzy elevation, white calcareous soils and vertiginous slope
facing south/south-east. A brilliant, pretty cherry kirsch scents lifts from
the glass; the palate's fabulous with racy, crunchy redcurrant fruit and
crushed mineral flavours, and the finest of tannic structures. Match with roast
lamb.
