I always enjoy our visit to the Lamy cellars - the first of the week. Olivier works very hard and succeeds in making excellent wines of character and at good prices. I liked the 2008s’ character, reserved yet with plenty of fruit and a serious, firm core, and this St Aubin was just excellent.

Delicate primrose yellow in colour with a fine and fragrant bouquet, St Aubin Les Frionnes is a precise and beautifully poised wine. Elegance personified, it is completed by a fine long finish.
