Very low yields (18hl/ha) and careful organic husbandry has produced truly outstanding results from both the Grenache and Syrah this year. The characteristic notes of Provençal herbs, macerated fruits and graphite are all evidenced; the mid palate is sweet and the finish is long. A great effort! Drink 2012-2018.
