The addition of Viognier and Marsanne in the Coudoulet white blend lend,
respectively, floral elegance and definition of texture despite, for whatever
reason, not being permitted in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Notes of
pebble-stones, quince, white pepper, peach and pear all play a part in this
harmonious ensemble. Drink 2010-2014.
