Roquète continues its uninterrupted march to the top flight, helped in no small measure by the supreme skill of Frédéric Brunier, Daniel’s brother, who coaxes great depth and subtlety from these sandy soils, located adjacent to Ch. Rayas. The wine is wonderfully complex with chocolate and herbal notes from the late-picked Mourvèdre married to the rich fruit of the Grenache. Drink 2012-2016.
