2008 Puligny-Montrachet, La Garenne, 1er Cru, Domaine Etienne Sauzet

This vineyard is high on the hillside with lots of tiny stones making up the topsoil. Pale yellow with lime tints, plenty of zest to the nose and a tingling minerality throughout. A pretty, balanced Puligny for the medium term.
