1971 Berrys' Own Selection Invergordon
|

Single grain whiskies don't get enough respect in my opinion, but this one
deserves plenty of respect! It's a light gold, oily and thick in the glass,
with notes of coconut and banana on the nose. The taste is surprisingly spicy,
with a peppery kick that fades to reveal the fruity notes from the nose. The
finish is light and tropical-fruit sweet.
