Most Exciting Wine of The Vintage
Stephane Ogier is a producer who is very much in form. Since taking over from his father in 2000 he has really begun to make a name for himself as a producer of makes wines that are consistently excellent, yet reflect the specific vintage characteristics. His 2008 offering is savoury and perfectly poised, full of dark bramble fruits, tapenade and spice. Benchmark stuff!
