Most Exciting Wine of The
Vintage
I have known about this domaine for a long time and bought the wine previously but never, for a number of reasons, en primeur. 2008 is a good place to start, however, as this is one of the most appealing wines of the vintage; its energy and supple charm are most fitting standard bearers for the whole valley.
Lavender, thyme and an earthy richness dominate this wine alongside macerated dark fruits and sousbois. The palate is generously textured with the most disarmingly satisfying sweetness and an extraordinarily clean and complete finish.
