Jefferson's Bourbon

This very small batch, handcrafted bourbon has been aged in the heart of metal clad warehouses to accentuate the extreme temperatures that Kentucky is blessed with, forcing the bourbon to expand deep into the barrel and pull out the prevalent flavours of the wood. These flavours of vanilla, caramel and assorted fruits assure an incredibly smooth taste and finish. 

Nose: Fresh and smooth with velvety peach and vanilla.

Taste: Very soft start, smooth and sweet with hints of berry and citrus.

Finish: Delicate and warm with a return of vanilla, cream and toast.
